That clarity changed everything.” **Eloise Marchetti, Maison Noir** We started ACME because we were tired of seeing brilliant ideas diluted by poor execution. Three designers — one from fashion, one from product, one from editorial — pooled their savings, rented a desk in East London, and took on their first client: a direct-to-consumer skincare brand that needed a complete visual identity in six weeks. That first project taught us everything. Work fast, listen harder, and never settle for the version that’s merely good enough. Within two years we’d grown to a team of twelve, working with fashion labels, fintech startups, and SaaS companies across Europe. By 2020, we’d opened our current studio in Hackney and started attracting the kind of clients who push us as much as we push them. Today ACME is a team of 28 designers, strategists, and developers. We’re still independent, still founder-led, and still driven by the same conviction: that exceptional design isn’t a luxury — it’s the single most effective investment a growing company can make. ## The people behind the work A small, senior team with deep expertise across brand strategy, product design, and creative direction.
